Business consulting in Romania.

A practical perspective for foreign investors, founders, and international companies evaluating market entry and business opportunities in Romania.

Local understanding. Entrepreneurial execution.Market entry & strategy

Entering a market is a business decision, not a checklist.

Establishing or expanding a business in Romania calls for more than promising market data. It calls for an understanding of local commercial realities, customer behavior, business operations, and the decisions that determine whether an opportunity can actually be executed.

With 12 years of entrepreneurial experience across retail, commerce, services, tourism, and the social economy — including three exits — I approach new opportunities with the perspective of someone who has operated businesses, not only advised them.

How I work

I begin with the decision that needs to be made. What are you considering? Which assumptions are uncertain? What would make the opportunity attractive — and what could make it a poor investment?

My approach is pragmatic: clarify the objective, identify the unknowns, assess the risks, and work toward actionable next steps. I pay particular attention to operational processes and procedures: clear responsibilities, documented workflows and measurable standards that help businesses operate consistently beyond the founder’s immediate presence. Where specialized legal, regulatory, tax, or financial advice is required, that work should be handled by appropriately qualified professionals.

Who this is for

International entrepreneurs exploring Romania, companies considering expansion, investors evaluating a local opportunity, and founders looking for independent strategic input.
